Owners at
one table.
Private dinners for aircraft-owning business leaders and the aviation companies that serve them.
First gatherings in planning.
Starting in the Mid-Atlantic.
Good company.
By design.
The guest list starts with a shared interest in aviation and a reason to meet.
We’re bringing together business owners, pilots, and a carefully matched aviation partner for a hosted evening. Enough people to meet someone new. Enough time to get past the introduction.

Choose the setting.

An evening worth your time
A small group, a considered guest list, and dinner with room for a real conversation. Our first gatherings are being planned in the Mid-Atlantic.
Designed for 16–24 guests. One hosting partner.
Host the
conversation.
For aviation companies that want to spend useful time with the owners they serve.
A relevant guest list
We agree on your audience first: aircraft segment, geography, and the ownership questions you can help answer. Invitations follow that brief.
An evening with a purpose
A hosted dinner and a short, moderated discussion. Your sponsorship is clear to guests before they accept.
Introductions that last
We help guests make relevant connections and follow up where both people want an introduction.
A defined scope
Audience, venue, guest minimum, deliverables, and cancellation terms agreed in writing before commitments are made.
Your first gathering.
A private, locally hosted dinner with one sponsoring company and a guest list designed for 16–24 people.
Initial planning in Maryland and Virginia.
From $15,000
Planning guide for a local dinner.
Final price follows the audience and venue brief.
A proposal request is not a booking. Race-weekend gatherings are scoped separately.

A pilot’s perspective.
Founded by Lloyd Clark, a flight instructor, aircraft owner, and technology entrepreneur.
Apex & Air brings those worlds to the same table. We’re starting small, with the people, purpose, and hosting considered before the invitations go out.
Before we meet.
Who are the gatherings for?
Business owners and leaders with an active interest in aircraft ownership and general aviation. Each gathering has a specific audience, selected to make the conversation useful. An invitation request does not guarantee a place.
How does hosting work?
Tell us who you want to meet and what you can contribute. We’ll assess the fit and develop a written proposal covering the audience, location, budget, and hosting plan. We do not promise sales, customers, or investment results.
Are flights or race tickets included?
No. Our offering covers ground events and introductions. You arrange and pay for your own travel, accommodation, and race tickets. We do not operate, sell, arrange, or match passengers to flights.
Do I need to fly in?
No. Join us however you prefer to travel. A shared interest in aviation is what brings the room together.
Is the first event confirmed?
We are planning the first Mid-Atlantic gathering. A date and venue will be shared when confirmed. Race-weekend dinners are a future format, with no dates or race access currently offered.
Is this affiliated with Formula 1?
No. Apex & Air is independent and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Formula 1, any team, circuit, or aircraft manufacturer.
